2.2 Pricing Policy

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• If a price error is discovered after purchase, we will notify you and offer options
• Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only

2.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, including plant size, variety, and care requirements. However, as plants are natural living products:

• Actual size and appearance may vary from descriptions
• Growth rates and characteristics depend on care and environmental conditions
• Seasonal variations may affect plant availability and characteristics

3.1 Order Placement

• Your order is an offer to purchase products from us
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel if product is unavailable

3.2 Payment Methods

• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)

3.4 Order Cancellation by OXY Life

We may cancel your order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Pricing or product information error
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Unable to verify payment or shipping information
• Force majeure events affecting supply or delivery

If your order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.

4.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.2 Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability

4.3 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges as displayed at checkout
• Shipping charges vary based on location and order weight

4.4 Customer Responsibility

• ✓ Provide accurate and complete shipping address
• ✓ Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• ✓ Inspect the package upon delivery
• ✓ Report any damage or issues within 24 hours

Important: Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept are not our responsibility. Re-shipment charges may apply.

4.5 Plant Care During Transit

All plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, please note:

• Unpack plants immediately upon delivery
• Minor leaf damage or stress during transit is normal
• Plants will recover with proper care as per provided instructions
• Significant damage must be reported with photos within 24 hours

5.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, we have a limited return policy:

• Plants damaged during shipping (reported within 24 hours with photos)
• Wrong plant variety delivered
• Dead or severely diseased plants upon arrival
• Defective or damaged pots/accessories

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

• ❌ Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
• ❌ Plants that die due to delayed unpacking or neglect
• ❌ Minor cosmetic differences from product images
• ❌ Natural leaf yellowing or minor stress during transit
• ❌ Change of mind or preference

5.3 Return Process

2. Provide order number and clear photos of the issue
3. Our team will review and provide a solution within 48 hours
4. Do not ship the plant back without approval

5.4 Refund Policy

For approved returns, we offer:

• Replacement: We will send a replacement plant at no additional cost
• Refund: Full refund to original payment method (5-7 business days)
• Store Credit: Credit for future purchases with bonus value

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

7.1 Plant Health Disclaimer

While we guarantee healthy plants at the time of shipment, we cannot guarantee:

• Long-term plant survival (depends on care and environment)
• Specific growth rates or fruit production timelines
• Resistance to all pests or diseases
• Suitability for all soil types and climates

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXY Life Agriculture shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product
• Issues arising from improper plant care or environmental factors
